The game Frontline Defence is a mini-game, which builds on the same theme as Ocean Crisis. This game is however more simple and faster. In this dice game, it's again about collaborating to collect waste together.
In Frontline Defense, just like in Ocean Crisis, you are working together having to save the ocean from being filled with garbage. The game is played over 6 rounds with 4 phases in each round.
The game does not take much more than 5 minutes to learn. The age group for the game starts at 6 years, and can be played by between 2-6 players. Playing time is between 15-20 minutes.

For me, personally, I rank this game a 7. I wouldn’t suggest this game, but if someone wanted to play it, I would gladly say yes. If there were a kid at the table though, I would easily suggest this game before most of the games in my collection, which has now escaped its confinement from the Kallax. – @EvilPanda BGG (link)
