Star Tycoon
CEO-edition
In Star Tycoon, players will take on the role of an interstellar corporation with the goal of outperforming their business rivals in the final round. Each player earns victory points by claiming sets of planets and developing them with production facilities and other buildings.
An important part of Star Tycoon is the Galactic Exchange, a fluctuating market that reacts to supply and demand. Knowing when to buy and when to sell is key to creating a profitable business.

An important part of Star Tycoon is the Galactic Exchange, a fluctuating market that reacts to supply and demand. Knowing when to buy and when to sell is key to creating a profitable business.
In the game, you must expand and build your galactic business using your choices, including building production facilities, claiming planets and trading on the fluctuating market called the Galactic Exchange, where you need to buy cheap and sell expensive to make a good profit.
Perhaps the most important mechanism in the game is the market, which influences almost every decision a player can make, and every game is different as a result. There are many paths to the same goal. Develop planets, build megastructures, circumvent the market using trade buildings, form partnerships for free progress or cut corners with illegal products.
Play as one of 12 different companies, each with their own goals, their own starting resources and their own actions to bend the rules. Each planet has a unique set of victory point conditions, you must balance the necessity of points with the necessity of resources for your business. Be careful about producing illegal products, if you can't get rid of them, they can be hard to hide.
